WHY THESE EXERCISES?
We've carefully curated these exercises that cover areas crucial for overall health and longevity: Strength, Stability, and Cardio. The exercises provide a good range of upper body, lower body, core strength and cardio without excessive overlap.
LITTLE TO NO EQUIPMENT
The exercises are designed to be accessible, with many requiring little to no equipment, making them suitable for everyone. The standards used for the checkup were developed in collaboration with physical trainers who work with everyday individuals. They represent achievable goals tailored to each age and gender category, ensuring they are realistic and relevant.
COMPLETE AT YOUR OWN PACE
Participants have the flexibility to complete tasks at their own pace. If certain exercises are not feasible due to injury or other limitations, they can be skipped without impacting the overall fitness check point score. Incomplete tasks will not negatively impact the overall score but will result in a score out of a smaller total, ensuring participants receive a menaingful evaluation of their fitness level and areas for improvement.
